We apologise for an error that causes MyPrivate to fail to start in the new year, which is due do a coding error that we have fixed and for which we have published an emergency update.
If the update does not complete correctly please proceed as follows:
- Download the 150023 update using this link
- Unzip the file and copy the file MyPrivate_x64_150023.accde to the MyPrivate installation folder (you can right-click the MyPrivate icon on the desktop and choose "Open File Location")
- Restart MyPrivate. You will need to comfirm your home currency and language; the upgrade process will take a little longer than usual.
